Kick Down begins with a bold announcement: Your company has decided to launch a new business arm — entering the world of international car racing. And to compete, the company needs you to build the team’s race car from the ground up.
The group is divided into teams, each acting as a complete racing unit — engineers, strategists, designers, and drivers. With limited resources and limited time, every decision matters.
Teams go through three key phases of the competition:
1) Build
Teams construct their race car using provided materials. This phase reveals how effectively they plan, delegate, and work under time pressure.
2) Design
Once built, the car must express the team’s identity. Here, communication, unity, and creativity shape how the car represents the team’s character and culture.
3) Race
The final test happens on the track. Teams compete head-to-head — but victory isn’t only about speed. Performance is evaluated across the three key phases.
Kick Down transforms teamwork from an idea into tangible behavior. It exposes strengths, uncovers friction points, and helps teams understand how to move as one high-performing unit — efficiently, effectively, and with shared ownership.
Because in Kick Down, success isn’t just about crossing the finish line… it’s about learning how to move together. Rev Up for Victory.
