CREDO is a simulation-based training, with a hiking-themed scenario, that is provided to leaders from different organizations to enhance their leadership skills.
The goal is to guide their hikers successfully to the mountain’s summit while navigating through various obstacles that mirror the complexities of leadership in organizational settings while emphasizing communication, collaboration, and decision-making under pressure.
