SIMULATION OVERVIEW:

The Credo simulation uses a hiking theme to develop leading People skills by placing participants in teams responsible for guiding hikers through a challenging mountain trek. They must overcome obstacles that reflect real-world leadership situations while working together. Throughout the experience, participants learn to assess the context, adjust their behavior to fit the situation, communicate clearly with others, and effectively drive progress toward their goal.
