A new racing division is being launched, and teams are challenged to create their own car from nothing but ideas, materials, and ambition. From building and decorating to finally racing on the track, every phase brings them closer to one goal — to Rev Up For Victory by turning collaboration, creativity, and execution into a car that can win.
As the company enters the world of international car racing, teams are tasked with building and launching their own race car from the ground up. Working through the Build, Design, and Race phases, participants must plan, collaborate, and adapt while managing limited resources and tight timelines. Each phase tests how teams organize themselves, express their identity, and perform under pressure to compete for overall success.
OBJECTIVES & OUTCOMES:
Strengthen team alignment and shared ownership as members work toward a common performance goal.
Improve planning, delegation, and execution under time and resource constraints.
Enhance communication and collaboration across roles and responsibilities.
Encourage creativity and team identity through the design phase.
Reveal performance patterns, leadership, and decision-making dynamics in competitive conditions.
BY THE END OF THIS EVENT:
Teams will have experienced how they plan, communicate, and perform across multiple phases of competition, revealing their ability to align, adapt, and move forward together as one high-performing unit.
